Labview Developer
Looking for a motivated individual to add to our small company. Lots of opportunity to grow, move up, and make a difference. Work on a variety of cutting edge electrical projects involving microgrids and renewable energy. Energy is important in our world and we are doing our part to make it better. Primary responsibilities include electrical design, modeling and simulation of renewable and resilient energy projects. Will work both alone and with an experienced electrical engineer.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of a scalable and flexible control system for a fuel cell product, 1kW to 3MW
- Use electrical simulation software tools to model control system designs and simulate expected operation
- Develop software for and program National Instruments PLC hardware, following industry standards
- Develop automation and safety control subsystems for product and customer safety
Qualifications
- A Bachler’s Degree or higher required, with focus in Control System Design or Automation
- 3-5 years of experience in industry relating to process automation, signal measurement or PLC equipment
- Prior experience with National Instruments LabVIEW is a required. CLD/CLA preferred
- Prior experience with digital filtering, PI&D control, feedback systems is a bonus
- Experience with variable speed drives, pneumatic and pressure controls, or sensor measurement is a bonus
- Good communications and analytical skills are a plus

- Location: Offices in Westerville and Delaware, Ohio. Partial remote work available if desired
- Hours: Full time with flexible schedule
- Pay: Hourly $25-35/hr based on experience
